I'm on vacation this week and I'm spending it in San Francisco! I decided to use my "I Love SF" charm for this trip. I did these one hour before leaving to the airport so I was in a major rush and had no time for cleanup!

Products used:
  • White is OPI's "Alpine Snow"
  • Purple is Essie's "Under Where"
  • Blue is Essie's "In the Cab-ana"
  • Neon Yellow is Orly's "Glowstick"
  • Black is OPI's "Black Onyx"
  • Out the door top coat
  • Charm is from

Splatter nails are SO messy but I love the way they turn out. I use a coffee straw and dip it in the polish itself and add tape around my fingers and cuticle oil on my skin so it's easier to clean up afterwards. I also let it dry a bit before adding top coat so it doesn't smear.

Let me know if you have any questions or requests in the comment section!

My friend brought me back this 3D nail art embellishment from Tokyo Tat in Japan last month and I have been so patient in waiting to use it.

Products used:
  • INM Out the Door Polish in "French Pink" ( to purchase it)
  • Out the Door top coat
  • Swarovski rhinestones from amazon
  • 3D Embellishment from Tokyo Tat in Japan but I'm sure you can find it on amazon or ebay!

I'm so obsessed with those jewels it's gorgeous and shines bright like a diamond (JKJKJK I hate that song). But it does sparkle.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

I'm obsessed with everything nautical and summer is so perfect for it.

Products used:

  • Blue is Essie's "Butler Please"
  • White is OPI's "Alpine Snow"
  • Gold is OPI's "honey Ryder" Liquid Sand
  • Gold flakes top coat is OPI's "The Man with the Golden Gun"
  • INM "Out the Door Topcoat"
  • Charms are from
  • Gold chain is from Daiso in Japan (but sells them too!)

I love the way this looks and I'm definitely keeping them on for a few days.

The stripes were done using striping tape and a LOT of patience. I also used nail art glue for the charms and chain. I find it works a lot better than just using wet polish or top coat, especially when I want it to last me a while.

May 8th was my 3 year wedding anniversary and my husband bought us tickets to go to Disneyland so of course I had to do Disney nails!

Sorry my cuticles are terrible they've been horrible lately.

Products / description:

  • My thumb is the Disney castle, I used Cute Polish's tutorial on youtube. OPI's "Alpine Snow" for the white and the blue is China Glaze (Name came off)
  • Pointer finger is OPI's "Alpine Snow" with "The Thrill of Brazil" for the polka dots and rhinestones from a cellphone jewel sticker thing I got at Daiso in Anaheim.
  • Middle finger is my favorite, OPI's "The Thrill of Brazil" and "Alpine Snow" with black acrylic paint and 3d bow from amazon
  • Ring finger is Minnie polka dots
  • Pinky finger is Mickey's glove
  • INM "Out the Door" top coat from
I use acrylic paint, nail art brushes, and toothpicks for my nail art.

Even though it was super hot I still had so much fun and FINALLY got to ride Cars Land which turned out to be more amazing than I thought it would be. And I got a pass so I'm a happy camper.

This past weekend I did two sets of gel nails. I LOVE my new LED Gelavish Cure Lamp from INM. It works amazingly well. It only takes 30 seconds to cure. I get so nervous when I touch it becaue I'm expecting it to be wet still but it cures rock hard and dry.

These were the steps:
  1. Prep it it with Gelavish Prep It and let it dry 20 seconds
  2. Prime it using Gelavish Prime
  3. Apply one coat of Gelavish "Dual It" that serves as a base and top coat
  4. Cure it for 30 seconds
  5. Apply two coats of regular polish
  6. Paint the nail art
  7. Apply Gelavish "Dual It" for a top coat
  8. Cure it for 40 seconds
  9. For 3d gems I used nail glue and applied it over the gel

So easy to do and it was so quick and it came out look amaaaazing

You can purchase all Gelavish products and the Gelavish Cure LED Lamp at INM's website.

I wasn't much of a fan of the textured polishes but I think it was because they came out in fall and the colors were too dark. But these OPI Liquid Sand from the Bond Girls collection and Zoya's Pixie Dust Summer 2013 collection ARE TO DIE FOR.

Products used
  • Zoya's "Stevie" - Pixie Dust
  • Zoya's "Dahlia" - Pixie Dust
  • Zoya's "Solange" - Pixie Dust
  • OPI's "Jinx" - Liquid Sand
I LOVE ALL OF THEM OPI's Jinx is my favorite, it screams summer and is SO pretty in person. It's a combination of red and orange and sparkles like crazy. I didn't use any tape so excuse the messy lines.
Zoya's "Stevie" came pretty close to first too. It's so gorgeous and purple is my favorite color. Only thing about the first picture is I took the picture before it dried, sorry!
You can purchase all of these and more from HB Beauty Bar!

I love the combination of rhinestones, studs, and pearls. And black polish has always been a favorite of mine even before I started doing nail art.

Products used:
  •  INM Out the Door polish in "Midnight City"
  • Pearls from amazon and rhinestones from Japan
  • Out the door top coat from INM
I use nail glue to place my 3d gems and rhinestones so they stay on for a few days. It works so well it takes a lot of acetone to remove them afterwards.
This was really simple to do but I loved it so much.

This post is somewhat late (sorry!) but here is a few swatches of Imperial Nail Lacquer's Indie polishes. They're all so gorgeous.

This is "Vintage Love." I used Orly's "Beach Cruiser" and "Glowstick" as the base colors and it turned out perfect together. Click here to go to her Etsy profile and purchase it!

This is "Caribbean Stars." I topped it over China Glaze's "Def Defiant." This reminds me of Nick's green goo and I love it. It's such a fun look and the blue/teal glitter hex pieces are so pretty. It reminded me of the ninja polish but without the texture which I love because I wasn't fond of ninja polish's texture. Click here to go to her Etsy link to purchase this.

Okay this I LOVVVVE. It reminds me of mermaids and magical things. This is "Sparkling Brooks" and it's the perfect glitter. This is three coats on its own. AMAZING. Click here to visit her etsy and buy it NOW. You need it in your life.

This is another favorite of mine. It looks like a barbie disco party. This is "Disco Wonder." I topped it over OPI's "Alpine Snow." It's so pretty and I love the big pink hex glitters. It kind of looks like the splatter technique.

I couldn't choose a favorite, I loved them all. What I love about these is that they are SO easy to apply. The glitter comes out perfectly and evenly and you don't have to go fishing for it or use a toothpick you just apply it with a brush add a top coat and it turns out perfect.

Definitely check out her Etsy. I've given links to each polish but here is again just in case you missed it ;)
