OPI BRAZIL 2014 COLLECTION SWATCHES & REVIEW

The OPI Brazil 2014 has finally arrived and I am in LOVVVE. This collection and Gwen for OPI definitely exceeded my expectations. I feel like Brazil by OPI gave us colors we haven't seen before.

Brazil by OPI is now available at HB Beauty Bar and if you use my code "MODNAILS" at checkout you get 15% off!

Below are all twelve colors and my swatches / nail art that I did using these beautiful babies. I will have a separate post with the 4 mini OPI liquid sand polishes that are part of the collection!
Don't Bossa Nova Me Around: First up is "Don't Bossa Nova Me Around." A pale, creamy, taupe-y nude. This is two coats with Seche Vite Top Coat. I love this. It's elegant and so versatile. I can't wait to pair it with glitter. The bow is from Amazon and studs are from Dollar Nail Art.
Live.Love.Carnaval: Live.Love.Carnaval is a creamy, bright coral. It's perfect for spring and summer. It's not a neon polish but it is definitely bright and so pretty. I added Swarovski rhinestones and a few roses that I did with white acrylic paint. This is two coats with Seche Vite Top Coat.
Toucan Do It If You Try and I Just Can't Cope-acabana: "Toucan Do It If You Try" is a bright, fun orange and "I Just Can't Cope-acabana" is a bright, happy yellow. I really loved these two colors so I decided to do a gradient with them using a makeup brush. I usually don't like yellows but this is so pretty. It's bright and not an ugly dark yellow. Perfect for spring/summer and makes me want to go to the bed.
Taupe-less Beach: "Taupe-less Beach" is a beautiful creamy tope. I love that this collection has so many colors that are perfect for winter (even though we really haven't had a winter in Southern California) and for work. This is so pretty and classy. I added a snake charm from Daily Charme.
I Sao Paulo Over There: "I Sao Paulo Over There" reminds me of Starbucks haha. It's a beautiful purplish gray. Another perfect winter color. This is two coats with Seche Vite on top.
AmazON ... AmazOFF: "AmazON...AmazOFF" is a really pretty shiny teal green. This is two coats topped with Seche Vite.
Where Did Suzi's Man-go?: "Where Did Suzi's Man-Go" is my FAVORITE. I feel that this is different from everything OPI has given us. If they have, I haven't seen it. This is a gorgeous mango orange cream polish. It's a perfect spring color. This is two coats topped with Seche Vite.
Kiss Me I'm Brazilian: "Kiss Me I'm A Brazilian" is another favorite. It's a bright, gorgeous pink. It's on the border of neon but not too bright. This is two coats topped with Seche Vite.
OPI Scores A Goal: I love burgundies and this doesn't disappoint. "OPI Scores A Goal" is a perfect winter burgundy color. This is two coats topped with Seche Vite.
Red Hot Rio: "Red Hot Rio" is a gorgeous, ruby red. It's a jelly polish and this is three thin coats topped with Seche Vite.
Next Stop... The Bikini Zone: Last is "Next Stop... The Bikini Zone." It's a shimmery purple polish with tiny silver glitter pieces. This picture doesn't do it justice. It's really pretty in person.

My favorites were "Where Did Suzi's Man-go?" and "Don't Bossa Nova Me Around." All polishes were super easy to apply and all of them but "Red Hot Rio" were opaque in two coats.

I think this is my favorite collection from OPI in a while. I said that with Gwen for OPI but it's true again haha. This collection makes me SOO excited for the Fifa World Cup! Growing up it was always a tradition in my house to wake up early in the summer to watch the games.

Brazil by OPI is available at HB Beauty Bar. Don't forget to use my code "MODNAILS" for 15% off! Stay tuned for a post on the 4 mini OPI Liquid Sand polishes from Brazil by OPI!
